Chief Executive Officer
Mark holds an M.Eng in Civil Engineering and an M.Sc. in Management in Oil and Gas Industry from Heriot-Watt University, UK.
He has joined Hydrawell after 18 years in various Senior Management roles within the Integrated Projects and Wireline divisions of Schlumberger.
Mark brings particular expertise in wireline logging technology, the development of innovative business models, and the delivery of safe and effective field operations.
Qualified to Toolpusher level in drilling operations management, Patrick has over 25 years’ oilfield experience including the last 15 years involved in management and delivery of P&A operations.
His expertise extends to include coiled tubing and hydraulic workover operations
Morten holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering, both from the University of Stavanger.
After 18 years’ with Baker Hughes in a variety of engineering roles, Morten was a co-founder of Hydrawell in 2008. He has been instrumental in the conceptual and detailed development and testing of Hydrawell’s tooling solutions, using his extensive understanding of the operators challenges and downhole tool operations.
He holds a number of patents in the area of downhole tools and well abandonment.
Erlend holds a bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Bergen, Norway. He has 14 years of experience in the oil field, which includes development and field trial of new multilateral liner hanger systems and drilling with liner systems.
The past 7 years he´s held various operational positions with HydraWell before becoming the Sales Manager.
Erlend has contributed to the continuous development of HydraWell's proprietary technology, PWC, Perf-Wash-Cement®, both onshore and offshore.
Operations & Sales Engineer
Eivind specialized Well Intervention and Well Technology at Technical College and now has more than 10 years oilfield experience focused on well operations planning and execution supervision.
With experience in the North Sea, Gulf of Mexico, Middle East, SE Asia and Canada, he has built extensive knowledge of PWC and capability optimizing operational procedures and downhole equipment performance.
Operations & Sales Engineer
Stein Ivar (Steini) holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Technology from the University of Bergen, and has more than 11 years’ experience both offshore and onshore in the oilfield service sector.
The last 3 ½ years has been focused on maintaining well integrity and installing isolation barriers with responsibility for workscopes in the Persian Gulf and South East Asian regions.
The operation of down-hole tools and the development of engineering solutions for annulus integrity remediation are his areas of expertise.
Chief Commercial Officer
Tom has over 30 years’ experience in the oilfield following obtaining a B.Sc. and Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
After running wellsite and production operations in Oman, the UK North Sea and the Netherlands for Shell, he has held a variety of business development and engineering positions for a number of service organisations.
Specialising in the well abandonment sector since 2010, Tom has designed over 1,100 abandonments in 12 countries and been involved in executing 11 operational campaigns.
UK Operations Manager
Calum holds an SVQ Level III qualification in Mechanical Engineering and has 15 years oilfield experience in supervisory and management positions in the service sector.
He has extensive experience in the north Sea and overseas before setting up our UK business.
Calum carries particular expertise in Tubing Conveyed Perforating having managed technical guidance and operations, and been involved in the specification and development of a bespoke gun system, for a major service company.
